At Ninja Kitchen Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new appliance doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a smooth refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated Australian customer support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Appliance

  Ensure the product is cleaned and securely packed in its original packaging, including all ninja blades, accessories, and instruction manuals.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any Australia Post location or authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
